New Patient Exam
For people who need a new doctor and prescriptions written.  The exam includes complete vital signs, thorough review of your past medical history and medications and careful physical exam. The doctor will write new prescriptions for the medicines you need and order any tests that are necessary. The doctor will also discuss preventive health topics and advise you which ones would be appropriate for you.  The cost of the visit depends on the length of the visit. An estimate is for 1 medication (which would probably be a fairly simple problem) - $105-160; for 2-3 medications - $160-$200; for 4 or more medications - $220-$260.

For the following visits, the costs are estimates.  The exact cost of the visit depends on the actual length of the visit.

Limited Exam - $70
Our typical visit, covers problems like sore throat, cough, sinus infection, ear pain, minor sprains or bladder infection.

Moderate Exam - $105-$160

Extended Exam - $140-$250
This is a longer appointment for even more complicated problems like chest pain, chronic back pain, new onset diabetes, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, depression, anxiety, fatigue, shortness of breath, insomnia, confusion or a car accident.  The exam includes vital signs and 30-45 minutes with the doctor.
